Carry-in service
Returns and warranty service are carry-in. Arrange a time with our team before bringing the painting back. We will provide the return location privately.

Ready-made paintings
Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after a successful order. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Custom paintings
Production and delivery timing are agreed in your quotation before work begins.

Appointments and collection
Gallery visits require a confirmed appointment. Do not arrive without confirmation. Our team sends the address after approving your visit.

Information we use
We use your contact details, order information, delivery address and communications to process purchases and provide customer service. For custom paintings, we use your reference images, dimensions and preferences to prepare a quote and fulfil your commission. For gallery visits, we use your name, email, WhatsApp number and requested time to arrange and confirm your appointment.

Our service providers
Shopline provides the storefront and checkout. Payment and delivery providers receive the information needed for their services. Google services support private quote references, request records, scheduling and email delivery. Access to uploaded reference files is restricted; submitting a reference does not authorise us to publish it as marketing material.

Optional AI artwork preparation
If you choose “Find edges with AI”, we send a resized reference photo to Google Gemini to locate the painting’s corners. Perspective correction then uses your photo in the browser, and you confirm the result before framing. You can adjust the corners manually without using AI. AI image generation is not currently available.

Newsletter and accounts
Shopline manages account registration and newsletter subscriptions. Creating an account or requesting a quote does not require you to join the newsletter. Newsletter sign-up is optional and requires email confirmation. Use the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or contact us to stop them.

Cookies and external links
The store uses browser storage and cookies needed for functions such as checkout and account access. Any enabled analytics or advertising tools must operate in accordance with the choices available on the site. Google Fonts and links to WhatsApp or social platforms involve those providers and their own privacy notices.

Retention and your choices
We retain information while needed to respond, fulfil orders, provide service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Some transaction information may need to be retained. A quote or gallery request does not subscribe you to marketing.

International processing
Our service providers may process information outside Singapore. Contact us for questions about the providers and safeguards used for your request.

Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars. The final total is shown before payment. Orders depend on available stock and successful payment. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange a refund. Online checkout is provided through Shopline.

Hand-painted artwork
Paint texture and hand-painted details naturally vary. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colour. Product dimensions and included framing are described in each listing. Contact us before ordering if you need help assessing size or finish.

Custom paintings and framing
Submitting a reference is a request for a quote. We confirm the medium, style, dimensions, composition, frame availability, price and timing with you before starting work. Frame previews are visual guides; screen colour and proportions may differ from the final frame. You must own or have permission to use any image you upload.

AI concepts
AI Studio, when available, helps you explore a concept. It does not produce or guarantee an exact preview of the final hand-painted work. Usage limits may apply. We confirm the commission details with you before painting.

Delivery and returns
Delivery is free within Singapore. Ready-made delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days. Custom production and delivery timing are agreed in your quote. Contact us within seven days of receipt to arrange a return. Returns and warranty service are carry-in by arrangement. Refunds are processed within 48 hours; bank posting times may vary. Our custom-painting promise is 100% satisfaction guaranteed: if you are unhappy, we refund you.

Gallery appointments
A request is not a confirmed booking. Our team reviews requests and sends confirmation and the address by email. Contact us if you need to change or cancel a confirmed visit.

We use order and enquiry details as described in our privacy notice. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
